New Segments: “Phys-Ed” and “Ed’s Picks”
This week on WJOL Friends Over Fifty, we will be beginning a new segment called “Phys-Ed.” Every week after the 11:00 AM news, listeners will hear an update on Ed’s diet and exercise from Mary “Sarge” McGee, Ed’s new trainer from Provena Inwood Athletic Club.
A new segment called “Ed’s Picks” will also be airing soon. In “Ed’s Picks,” Ed will discuss the delicious food served up at various restaurants in the Homer Glen/Joliet area.
